My mission
The fire a company starts with often dims as it grows. Keeping the fire burning is tough, and sometimes it needs rekindling. Different skills are needed to stoke the flames, add fuel, or shield it from the wind & rain. I help rekindle that fire, making it fun again to run the business by strengthening the collective and turning embers of potential into a lasting blaze through unity, determination, and resilience - many hands make light work after all.
